Botox units are not a universal measure across products
The FDA prescribing information states that BOTOX Cosmetic units cannot be compared with or converted into units of other botulinum toxin preparations. A quote with a different product is therefore not equivalent simply because it lists the same number.
Ask for the product name, the intended treatment, the clinician responsible and the basis of the recommendation. In Colombia, confirm local sanitary authorization rather than assuming U.S. approval covers the product used there.
